I believe the most important thing to have is curiosity. It first introduces itself as “why,” before evolving into “how.” It is the ability to see things for what they can be, not just what they are. It is the discoveries we make that illuminate links between people, places, and their stories, which in turn leads to insights we use as creatives. It is what runs our cycle of discovery and application. Curiosity is admired in people but required in creatives. That is why it is curiosity that I choose to wield and follow in my career.
